We do not accept returns of NectarShare or PollenBox.
In the event a NectarShare or PollenBox shipment is not delivered because it was lost in shipping, we will provide a replacement or refund. If we process a refund for you, we will send you an email to notify you that we have started processing a refund for you. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Because of the cost of credit card processing fees and the fact that we do not accept returns, all refunds to credit cards will be charged a 3% processing fee.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Donations are non-refundable
NectarShare and PollenBox are products with purpose. A percentage of every sale direcly benefits a non-profit organization doing good work through a donation from the NectarShare program. For this reason, only the non-donation portion of your product can be refunded in the event your package does not arrive. For Nectarshare, $90 is refundable minus a 3% credit card processing fee. For Pollenbox, $65 is refundable minus a 3% credit card processing fee.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to your recipient, no refunds will be given once the product has been delivered.
